First Show of 2017!
Hello Everyone!
Thank you for sticking with me as I get this new website and blog going. It’s been an interesting few months to say the least. I’ll post longer on that later. Just wanted to say that I went to Atlanta this past weekend to perform my first show of 2017 at Nophest, a four day music festival in the Avondale area, hosted by good friend and talented musician Randy Garcia (Nerd Parade, Snoot, R_Garcia, Swank Sinatra). This was the first solo acoustic performance I’ve done in a while, having been so focused in 72nd and Central over the past few years. I did not make Thursday night, but I was there Friday, Saturday, and Sunday watching and photographing great bands like Doesin, The Trolls, Warship, The Joy Kills, and many other bands, musicians, and digital artists. My set was Sunday evening around 6:45, to a small crowd of intent listeners. I look forward to jumping back in to traveling as I start to wrap up new recordings that I’ve been working towards. Thanks to Randy Garcia, all of the bands and performers, and also to Mickey K. and Melissa J. for the shots of me playing. Thanks for reading, sharing, supporting.
